This is a senior role for someone who wants to change how a business uses technology. Reporting to the Head of Information Technology, you will be the single point of accountability for the core enterprise platforms behind our manufacturing, supply chain, finance and planning operations, with the authority to set their direction, standards and investment priorities. At heart you are a sharp business analyst and a confident project manager who finds smarter ways for people to work: working with operational and corporate teams, understanding what they really need, and leading the projects and innovations that turn into results the business can see and measure.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with operational and corporate teams to understand their needs, map how work is done today, and shape practical solutions.
- Act as the technology lead for your platforms, defining requirements, outcomes, success measures and clear acceptance criteria.
- Plan, deliver and manage platform projects, releases and enhancements end to end, using agile or hybrid delivery.
- Own the roadmap and lifecycle of your platforms,



spotting opportunities to use technology more smartly and keeping it aligned to business strategy.
- Lead change and adoption, manage across the ERP, MES, WMS and planning systems, and hold vendors to scope, quality and service levels.
- Keep platforms available, performant, secure and recoverable, meeting agreed service levels.
- Identify and manage platform risks, including cyber exposure, integration failure, operational dependency and vendor concentration.
- Support incident, problem and change management, driving rapid resolution and removing root causes, and keep platform documentation and runbooks current.
- Partner with business leads to guide technology-driven capability and efficiency uplifts.

About you

- A senior technologist, confident with requirements gathering, process mapping and explicit specifications.
- A proven project manager delivering enterprise application change, whether implementations, upgrades or integrations.
- Experienced owning enterprise platforms end to end in a manufacturing or supply chain environment, including their strategy, standards and investment.
- A confident communicator who brings operational, technical and executive stakeholders to a shared outcome.
- Pragmatic, with a strong sense of ownership and a continuous improvement mindset shaping how OneHarvest uses technology.
