Key Responsibilities :
- Perform metal repairs and general fabrication and welding.
- Study blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine job requirements.
- Cut, shape, assemble and weld components as directed by the workshop plan.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure finished products meet standards.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or equivalent.
- Or, at least three years of relevant experience.
- Driver licence.
Remuneration: $78,000 – $90,000.
Truck Driver
This role requires safe and efficient freight transportation for our operations.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Hold a valid MC/HC licence.
- Strong commitment to health and safety.
- Excellent time‑management and communication skills.
- Team‑player attitude.
- Physical capability to perform manual work.
Remuneration: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
Fitter
Responsible for fitting components and systems in a production environment.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical skills in fitting and assembly.
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
Remuneration:
$78,000 – $90,000.
Occupational Health and Safety Advisor / Officer
Lead and support the company’s health and safety initiatives.
Duties :
- Promote occupational health and safety within the company and develop safer ways of working.
- Communicate with clients, contractors and internal staff on all HSEQ matters.
- Monitor and update systems such as the Safety module, action register, and asset registers.
- Manage asset management control systems and ensure procedural compliance.
- Build relationships with external training providers and consultants.
- Maintain and update the risk registers.
- Report on performance against established KPIs monthly.
- Conduct internal HSEQ audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Coordinate quarterly HSEQ inspections and maintain the project league table incentive system.
- Ensure completion of HSEQ questionnaires and documentation for project tendering.
- Design and deliver internal HSEQ training courses and workshops.
- Review supplier/subcontractor contracts and conduct accident/incident investigations.
Qualifications and Experience :
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Solid commitment to health, safety and well‑being.
Remuneration: $100,000 – $130,000.
