We're growing fast, and we're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the team behind our busy Oakleigh distribution centre, which services our seven retail stores nationwide. This is a role where your ideas on process, culture and efficiency will directly shape how the business scales.

The role

You'll take full ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations, inbound and outbound, leading a team that keeps our stores stocked and our customers happy. You'll have real autonomy to improve processes, build a solid team culture, and partner closely with Marketing and Retail on launches, campaigns and peak trading periods.

What you'll do

- Run a busy inbound/outbound warehouse, keeping accuracy, efficiency and presentation standards high
- Lead, coach and grow a warehouse team, building long-term engagement
- Own KPIs for productivity, accuracy, dispatch timelines and team performance
- Build a high-energy, collaborative culture that reflects our brand




- Partner with Marketing and Retail on product launches, replenishment, campaigns and pop-ups
- Manage inventory accuracy, storage optimisation and dispatch
- Recruit, onboard and train your team
- Champion WHS and safety best practice

What you'll bring

- Experience leading warehouse, distribution or logistics operations
- A track record of managing inventory, stocktakes and warehouse systems
- A history of improving efficiency and productivity
- Strong understanding of WHS and compliance
- A genuine passion for coaching and developing people
