This is a hands-on, five-day-a-week warehouse role in a fast-paced chilled food manufacturing environment, spanning picking and packing, forklift and high reach operation, temperature monitoring, and inventory accuracy — all while maintaining GMP and WHS compliance.

The Role
Position: Warehouse Storeperson
Location: Ingleburn
Shift Options:
- Position 1: 6:30am start | Monday to Friday
- Position 2: 8:30am start | Monday to Friday
$33.10 base hourly rate, Five (5) days per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders following first-expiring-first-out (FEFO) principles.
- Operate forklifts and high reach equipment to load and unload trucks.
- Check and record temperatures across the cool room, cream room and freezer.
- Load and transfer pallets to transport companies and distribution centres (DCs).
- Manage inventory using the WMS and RF guns.
- Perform stock takes and stock-on-hand checks.
- Label pallets and wrap stock on the pallet wrap machine.
- Follow GMP and WHS requirements, keeping the area safe,
clean and organised.
- Report all damage, incidents and injuries per company procedure.
Essential Requirements
- Current Forklift Licence
- Proven warehouse, logistics or manufacturing experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable,punctual and safety-focused team player
- Physically fit for manual handling tasks
- Comfortable working in a chiller environment (0–4°C)
- Available five days per week (Monday to Friday) with occasional weekends as required
Highly Desirable
- High reach forklift experience
- RF gun/WMS system experience
- GMP knowledge
- Sound WHS knowledge in a manufacturing setting
- Food manufacturing or FMCG background
