What's the role?

This isn't a "sit behind a desk all day" supervisor role.

You'll take ownership of the day to day warehouse operations, oversee stock management, support a close-knit team, and work directly with the General Manager to help drive the business forward.

You'll be responsible for

- Leading a team of 2-3 across the warehouse and office.
- Managing stock in, stock out and inventory accuracy.
- Keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- Jumping in wherever needed- whether that's in the warehouse, supporting sales or helping a customer.
- Creating a positive, team-first culture.

You'll bring

- Previous Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader experience.
- Stock management and inventory control experience.
- Strong people leadership skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude.
- The ability to thrive in a hands-on workplace.
