Full-Time Wholesale Gourmet Delivery Driver – Join the Mount Zero Olives Team!

Location: West Sunshine, VIC

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Mount Zero Olives is a proudly family-owned business committed to sustainable farming and high-quality Australian produce. Based in West Sunshine, we supply some of Victoria’s best restaurants, retailers, and households with premium olives, oils, and grains.

We’re looking for a full time Delivery Driver who understands the food and hospitality industry to join our close-knit and passionate team. If you’re reliable, upbeat, and have a genuine "can-do" attitude, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

You’ll be the friendly face of Mount Zero on the road, delivering to our valued customers across metro Melbourne and regional areas. With the help of our route-mapping software, you’ll complete 30–40 concentrated deliveries daily. Once your run is complete, you’ll occasionally assist the warehouse team to keep things moving smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a bit of variety in their day, has had previous links to the hospitality industry and takes pride in being efficient, helpful, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

· Safely and efficiently deliver orders to restaurants, retailers, and residential customers





· Provide top-tier customer service at every stop

· Load and pack your vehicle each morning from 8:00am

· Follow daily run sheets and use routing software to optimise your deliveries

· Share customer feedback and delivery insights with the team

· Assist in the warehouse when deliveries are complete or as needed

What We’re Looking For

· Exceptional communication and inter-personal skills

· Previous experience in delivery driving and/or warehouse operations

· Excellent time management

· Manual driver’s licence (essential)

· Forklift licence (Desired)

· Familiarity with Melbourne’s suburbs and roads

· Physically capable of lifting boxes up to 25kg

· Self-motivated and dependable with a positive outlook

· Experience with production or inventory systems (preferred but not essential)

· Background in food wholesale or hospitality (a bonus!)
