AT Truck & Trailers Repairs Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic or Workshop Manager to join our team in Epping, VIC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience servicing and repairing European and American truck makes, along with strong leadership and workshop management capabilities.

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per annum (based on experience)

Location: Epping, VIC

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Diesel Mechanic (workshop management experience highly regarded)
- Strong knowledge of European and American truck brands (e.g., Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, Kenworth, Scania)
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing engine, transmission, brake, and electrical systems
- Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to manage workshop operations, including scheduling, job allocation,



and workflow efficiency (for Workshop staff)
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of mechanics/technicians (for Workshop Staff)
- Valid trade certification/qualification
- Current driver's licence (Multi heavy vehicle licence highly regarded)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
