An established and highly respected Western Australian manufacturing business is seeking an experiencedGroup Accountant to join its finance team. With a history spanning more than a century, this organisation has built a strong reputation across the industry and is home to several well-recognised brands.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded accountant looking to step into a broad group finance role within a stable, growing business.

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting business performance, and contributing to the ongoing success of a diverse manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
- Managing group consolidations and financial reporting requirements.
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory obligations.
- Supporting external audits and taxation requirements.
- Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.




- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to provide commercial insights.

About You

- CA or CPA qualification (or nearing completion).
- Previous experience in a Group Accountant, Senior Financial Accountant or similar role.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting experience.
- Experience within manufacturing or a complex commercial workplace will be highly regarded.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across the business.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
