The Impact You'll Make

As our Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in a challenging and rewarding sales engineering setting, providing product solutions to our customers and contributing to our sales success.

Your impact? You will be working closely with the sales team and customers to ensure that sales targets are achieved. Your technical and commercial support will lead to seamless order execution, satisfied customers and a more efficient sales division.

You’ll collaborate with Food Retail and OEM customers and take ownership of the internal sales process, helping us to continue to grow our customer base.

This role offers a clear path for future career growth into other sales positions.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Support our Food Retail and OEM customers with their sales and technical enquiries.
- Preparedetailed quotations, technical selections, and commercial proposals for our customers.
- Provide first-line technical support and solve customer challenges.
- Collaboratewith the sales team on opportunity follow-up, pricing, lead-time communication, and order execution.
- Maintaining CRM pipeline visibility and accurate customer activity records.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in a technical field, backed by a trade or tertiary qualification in engineering, mechatronics, or refrigeration.
- A mindsetof persistence and problem-solving, with high energy and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work wellboth autonomously and as a highly motivated, collaborative team player.
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsto effectively support the team and communicate with customers.
- Must bean Australian permanent resident or citizen with valid work rights.
