Role Responsibilities

- Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
- Monitor daily stock recovery in the department
- Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
- Build the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Lead by example in all areas
- High volume stock management
- Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards




- Launching and planning catalogue campaigns
- Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit

The Ideal Candidate

- Strong retail leadership experience preferred
- Visual merchandising experience
- Physically capable to work with large volumes of stock and set the pace
- Having an owner's mindset for the department
- A passionate attitude that inspires the team
- A resilient and innovative problem solver
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- IT competency
- First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
