Salary: Annual Salary ($85,000-$110,000 based on experience) + Super + Travel Reimbursement + Bonus Structure
Location: Community role in Perth's eastern Suburbs
The Role
Provide neuro‑affirming, family‑centred assessment and intervention for children aged 2 to 12 years in their home and school environments. Services are for children with a range of skills, needs, and diagnoses. Common therapy goals include language development, literacy skills, speech sound development, fluency and AAC.

We are a small, close‑knit team of Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists who enjoy working together. We are passionate about delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based,
neuro‑affirming therapy and celebrating every milestone with children and families. As a mobile service, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home between visits while staying connected through team discussions, phone check‑ins and termly social catch‑ups. The director works as a practising therapist, ensuring systems and expectations are designed with clinicians in mind. With full administrative support, you can focus on clients and wellbeing.
About You
- Genuinely passionate about working with children.
- Communicates clearly, building strong, respectful relationships with clients, families, schools and MDT stakeholders.
- Passionate about ongoing learning and professional growth.
- Enjoys working independently while staying connected to a team.
- Proactive, organised and demonstrates initiative.
What you'll need
- A recognised Speech Pathology qualification.
- Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Working With Children Check.
- National Police Clearance.
- NDIS Worker Screening.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Up‑to‑date vaccinations.
- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
