The Role

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be a vital member of the creative team, contributing your expertise to a diverse range of projects. Your role will involve conceptualizing, designing, and executing commercial projects while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, overseeing the team of Interior Designers, coaching them through the thought‑led design process, and leveraging your proficiency in Revit and client‑facing experience to shape stunning spaces that meet each project’s unique needs.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts for commercial, hospitality and residential projects.
- Utilize your proficiency in Revit to create detailed and innovative interior design plans.
- Deliver projects within budget, on‑time and accurately.
- Engage in client‑facing interactions to understand their requirements and present design proposals effectively.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Continuously stay updated with industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative design solutions.
- Deliver current business opportunities e.g. engaging with prospective clients and pitching.
- Mentor and lead junior team members around project design/delivery.




- Lead and manage personal projects in a professional manner.

Requirements

- 8+ years experience in a similar role.
- A tertiary qualification in Interior Design or equivalent experience.
- Substantial experience in managing and delivering innovative design for clients which meets both the brief and budget.
- High level of proficiency in Revit, Lumion, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite.
