About the Role
As a Dry Cleaner Operator, you will be responsible for providing professional garment cleaning and pressing services while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial dry-cleaning equipment to clean and press garments.
- Inspect garments before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met.
- Sort, fold, and pack cleaned garments for customer collection or delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work workplace.
- Assess garments and recommend appropriate cleaning methods.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience working in a dry-cleaning environment (essential).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- The ability to follow procedures and work independently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A professional and reliable work ethic.
- A qualification in Dry Cleaning (preferred but not essential).
