This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful Engineering business in the Northern suburbs. This company has been around for many years with long term staff and needs an additional person to assist in various duties. They mostly machine within high-end industries. Very secure company.
This well-established ISO9000 Quality Standard company requires a skilled CNC Machinist / Cam programmer. They need someone with skills in setting and operating a 5 Axis Okuma Machining Centre and Okuma Multus lathe programming.
Experience in Cam programming and using Solidworks or other would be ideal. You will need experience machining non ferrous materials and ferrous materials and machining high end components. Low volume and some production.
TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Trade qualifications
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
- Solidworks experience
- Okuma multus and or machine centres skills
- Solid work ethic
- Be versatile to undertake various task in a day
