Facility Manager - Aged Care (Toowoomba)
Join a leading not-for-profit aged care provider and lead a well-established aged care home in Toowoomba.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aged care leader looking for a well-supported management role, with a fantastic team of experienced RNs already in place. You'll work closely with an experienced Clinical Manager and report to a long-standing, supportive Regional Manager, with genuine opportunities for ongoing development and career progression.

The Opportunity

As Facility Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the operational, financial and clinical performance of the home, supported by an experienced onsite leadership team. You'll:

- Lead and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team
- Drive quality,



compliance and continuous improvement
- Oversee operational and financial performance
- Build a positive, accountable and supportive team culture
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
- Champion person-centred care and excellent resident outcomes

About You

- Previous Facility Manager / Service Manager experience within residential aged care is essential
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration, or tertiary qualification in a relevant health discipline - preferred not essential
- Strong understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance
- Sound financial and operational management skills
- Solid leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- A hands-on, people-focused leadership style
