Working alongside an experienced Coordinator, you'll develop your leadership skills while supporting a team of educators to deliver engaging programs for school-aged children.

- What you'll be doing





- Support the Coordinator with day-to-day operations
- Mentor and guide educators
- Help deliver engaging before and after school programs
- Assist with compliance, documentation and quality improvement
- Build solid relationships with children, families and the school community
- Support rostering, daily operations and service organisation

We'd love to hear from you if you have

- Experience in a leadership position within Early Childhood or OSHC
- Confidence leading or mentoring a team
- Strong understanding of child development and programming
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- Current WWCC and relevant first aid certifications
