We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Remedial Massage Therapist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Consulting with clients to assess their health concerns, physical condition and treatment needs.

- Developing and implementing appropriate massage treatment plans based on client assessments.

- Performing a range of therapeutic massage techniques including remedial massage, deep tissue massage, therapeutic Thai massage, sports recovery massage and myofascial soft tissue treatments.

- Applying massage techniques to assist with pain management, muscle tension, postural dysfunction, injury rehabilitation and improved mobility.

- Monitoring clients' progress and modifying treatment plans where appropriate.





- Providing clients with advice regarding posture, stretching, rehabilitation exercises, injury prevention and general wellbeing.

- Maintaining accurate client treatment records and ensuring confidentiality.

- Maintaining treatment rooms, equipment and clinic facilities in accordance with hygiene, infection control and workplace health and safety requirements.

- Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide a high standard of client care and customer service.

Essential Requirements

Applicants should possess:

- A relevant qualification in Massage Therapy, Remedial Massage or an equivalent qualification recognised in Australia.

- A minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist.

- Demonstrated knowledge of therapeutic massage techniques and musculoskeletal assessment.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong customer service skills and a professional manner.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Commitment to maintaining professional, ethical and clinical standards.
