About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Qualified and Experienced Lead Sales and Maintenance Plumber to join our team, a hybrid role for the plumber who is able to both quote and install. This is a full-time role, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a chance to build a long-term career in a company that’s going places.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend residential and commercial service calls and carry out high-quality plumbing repairs, maintenance, and minor installations.

- Respond to emergency plumbing jobs efficiently, calmly, and professionally.

- Diagnose faults accurately and recommend the right solution the first time.

- Confidently present clear options to customers (positive/better/best), explain pricing and advantages, and close approved work on-site in a helpful, no-pressure way.

- Prepare accurate quotes, capture job notes/photos, and update paperwork in line with company systems and processes.

What We’re Looking For

- Qualified and licensed sales plumber (or relevant certification) with a current White Card.

- Clean driver’s licence.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a qualified plumber in residential and/or commercial service and maintenance.

- Strong diagnostic ability with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.





- Proven confidence in quoting and selling service work the right way — you can explain options clearly, handle objections professionally, and help customers make informed decisions.

- Confident and enthusiastic demeanor, enabling you to build strong relationships with customers and the team (you’re great with customers and great with the team).

- High standards of presentation, workmanship, and attention to detail, working to be the best version of yourself.

- Reliable, punctual, safety-focused, and able to work independently while still being a team player.

- Goal orientated, comfortable working to performance expectations (e.g., conversion, job value, customer reviews) while always doing what’s best for the customer.
