As the Assistant Store Manager, will be on the floor every day leading by example, smashing sales targets, and cultivating a high-performance culture within our premium Parisian brands.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly sales-driven and energetic Assistant Store Manager to lead our premium Sandro & Maje concession inside David Jones Adelaide. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role designed for a retail professional who loves styling and is fiercely motivated by hitting commercial targets.

What You Will Do

- Drive the Floor: Lead by example as a high-performing stylist, delivering an exceptional,



tailored customer service experience on the floor.

- Chase KPIs & Targets: Monitor and boost core daily metrics—including ATV (Average Transaction Value), UPT (Units Per Transaction), and individual sales targets.

- Concession Operations: Maintain immaculate Parisian visual merchandising standards and premium stock integrity within David Jones.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven Selling Experience: You possess a robust background in high-end fashion retail, luxury clienteling, or premium boutique environments.

- A KPI-Driven Mindset: You don't just wait for customers to come to you; you proactively read the floor, track team targets, and are deeply motivated by hitting and exceeding daily revenue milestones.

- Department Store Savvy: Prior experience working within a premium department store concession environment is highly regarded but not mandatory.

- A Natural Stylist: You live and breathe premium styling, effortlessly mixing Sandro’s clean tailoring with Maje’s chic, feminine aesthetic to build multi-item baskets for your clients.
