Thomas Foods – Cavan is growing, with plenty of exciting things on the horizon. Due to continued expansion, we currently have a vacancy for a Team Leader to join our PM Production Team based in Cavan, South Australia.

The Role

Your duties will be varied and include:

- Preparing customer orders to company and customer specifications
- Packing and de-cartoning meat products
- Processing, picking, and packing orders
- Liaising with production, administration, and other team members
- Operating computer labelling scales
- Working effectively as part of a team




- Adhering to Workplace Health & Safety procedures
- Regular lifting (as required for the role)
- Performing other duties as directed by the Manager

About You

This hands-on role will suit a fit, energetic individual with experience in the food service or meat industry, seeking a secure, long-term position.

You will be:

- Well-presented, punctual, and reliable
- A solid team player with a positive attitude
- Willing to work early morning (4am or 5am starts)
