- Base salary range: $99,040 – $104,669 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

About the area

The Brand, Marketing and Recruitment (BMR) division provides organisational wide brand strategy and ongoing brand management, strategic marketing and planning, marketing communications activities, digital communication, research and segmentation. BMR provides sales and marketing planning and campaign assistance to help attract and recruit students. Marketing and recruitment activities planned and implemented by the BMR team are designed to help achieve the University strategic goals of brand and reputation building and attracting domestic and international students to study at UWA.

The Brand and Engagement function within BMR operatesas a strategic and creative hub, responsible for building a distinctive,authenticand trusted brand that connects with the community, futurestudentsand other key stakeholder groups. Through integrated brand planning, storytelling, partnerships and engagement,



this team ensures the brand shows up consistently and meaningfully across all channel and experience.

Key areas of responsibility include:

- Brand strategy, planning and campaigns
- Partnerships and sponsorships
- Content and social mediamanagement

About the opportunity

- Represent UWA to secondary schools, prospective students and influencers, delivering presentations, workshops and engagement activities that promote courses, pathways and student life.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, education providers and internal stakeholders, while contributing to student recruitment and engagement strategies.
- Provide expert advice and support to future students, manage CRM records, supervise student ambassadors, and assist with university projects and administration.

About you

- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Substantial relevant experience at an appropriate level.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including excellent public speaking skills, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work with a range of people from different cultural and educational backgrounds, and of different age groups.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email.
