Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, customer-oriented Cafe all rounder to join our team. As a Cafe all-rounder you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring our guests have a pleasant dining experience. You will also assist with maintaining a clean and organized cafe setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently
- Ability to make 3-4kgs of coffee a day.



Latte art skills highly desireable
- Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and professionalism
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed

Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
