We're now looking for an exceptional Permanent Part Time Export Certification Coordinator to join our team.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves accuracy, enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. Every certificate you process helps WA businesses get their products safely to markets around the world.
Working closely with our FCC Export Manager and CEO, you'll:
- Prepare and process export certification documentation with exceptional accuracy
- Deliver first class customer service to exporters across a diverse range of industries
- Provide guidance and support throughout the export certification process
- Maintain documentation in accordance with Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry requirements
- Contribute to one of Western Australia's most trusted export certification teams
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
- An Excel wizz
- Eager to learn and become part of a collaborative, supportive team
Previous export certification experience is welcomed, plus prior knowledge of essCert, but not essential.
Key - This position is subject to a National Police Clearance. Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents and hold unrestricted working rights in Australia.
