Alzheimer’s WA is seeking a dedicated Nurse Lead to develop, deliver and evaluate the Acute Dementia Change Champion Program (ADCCP) in WA hospitals. Reporting to the Education/Consulting Lead, the role focuses on project management, dementia care expertise, and building solid partnerships with health sector stakeholders.
You will design content, run workshops, monitor outcomes and manage budgets, while upholding our person-centred philosophy and strategic goals.
