In this role, you'll:

Join our Network Access Coordination team, where you will be responsible for assessing and coordinating Road Occupancy Licence applications, balancing customer needs, network efficiency and safety outcomes to support the effective operation of the NSW road network.

You will play a key role in ensuring road access activities are planned and delivered in a way that minimises disruption to road users while supporting critical infrastructure, maintenance and operational works across the network.

Your expertise in analysing information, applying established processes and exercising sound judgement will help deliver timely, consistent and high-quality assessment outcomes. You'll work closely with internal teams, applicants and other stakeholders to achieve practical solutions. You will provide advice, respond to enquiries and negotiate outcomes that balance operational requirements with traffic management considerations, helping maintain a safe and efficient network for customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess Road Occupancy Licence applications,



ensuring outcomes support the safe and efficient operation of the road network.
- Provide advice and respond to enquiries from internal and external applicants.
- Maintain accurate records, databases and application information within a high-volume environment.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and external partners.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve the efficiency, consistency and quality of assessment processes.
- Apply established procedures to support timely and informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared objectives and deliver positive customer outcomes.
- Uphold safety, compliance and customer service standards in all aspects of your work.

We currently have 2 x permanent, full time positions available, located at our Transport Management Centre (TMC) in Eveleigh. These roles may also require you to work outside of standard business hours and undertake some travel.

About You

You bring experience working in a regulatory, compliance or operational environment where accuracy, sound judgement and customer service are critical. Your attention to detail enables you to confidently review information,



manage records and maintain data integrity across multiple systems and processes.

You are a strong communicator who builds productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Your ability to influence, negotiate and collaborate allows you to achieve positive outcomes while balancing competing priorities and customer needs.

Your strengths include analysing information, solving problems and managing a varied workload in a rapid-paced environment. Your confidence using technology and systems, combined with your commitment to continuous improvement, helps you deliver high-quality outcomes and identify opportunities to improve processes.

You demonstrate integrity, accountability and a proactive approach to your work. Your commitment to teamwork, safety and customer-focused service will enable you to succeed in this role and contribute to broader team objectives.

You hold a current Australian driver's licence and are willing to work outside standard business hours and travel occasionally to meet operational requirements.
