MLHD seeks an Aged Care In office Pharmacist (ACOP) to deliver medication management and pharmacotherapy within Residential Aged Care Facilities. You will collaborate with GPs, nurses and staff to enhance resident health outcomes and build confidence with families and carers.

The ACOP role focuses on interprofessional collaboration, clinical governance and quality use of medicines across facilities.
