The Role

We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Riggers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a high-performing team delivering major projects across Perth.

Successful candidates will be involved in precast column,



panel and beam installations, structural steel erection works, and complex lifting operations, working alongside experienced crane crews and site teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing rigging and lifting operations safely and efficiently
- Working closely with crane operators, dogmen, supervisors and site management teams
- Interpreting lift plans, engineering drawings and site requirements
- Assisting with the installation of precast columns, panels and beams
- Supporting structural steel erection activities and crane-assisted installations
- Conducting pre-start checks and ensuring lifting equipment is fit for purpose
- Maintaining compliance with site safety procedures, SWMS and project requirements
- Communicating effectively with crews to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations
- Supporting project delivery to the highest standard while maintaining quality and productivity
- Contributing to a positive team culture and safety-first work environment

Experience with precast construction, structural steel erection, major lifting operations and commercial construction projects will be highly regarded.

What We're Looking For

- Valid High Risk Work Licence – Rigging (RI or RA)




- Construction industry experience
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work effectively within a team workplace
- Excellent work ethic and reliability
- White Card
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport

Additional tickets and experience are highly regarded.
