Responsibilities

As a Foreman, you’ll be working on projects valued between $2m - $15m, leading a team and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes across subdivision projects. Your key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing daily site operations with a robust focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Managing personnel and subcontractors to meet project milestones
- Maintaining compliance with construction plans and project specifications
- Promoting a positive, solutions-driven team culture
- Ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard

About you

- Demonstrated experience as a Foreman,



ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.
- Experience in bulk earthworks, civils and roadworks
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
- Current Driver Licence
- Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
- Strong commitment to Quality and Safety standards
