Job Description

Role Highlights
- Religious Education Learning Leader | POL 2
- Lead the development, implementation and ongoing review of the Religious Education curriculum
- Support the planning and delivery of liturgical celebrations, retreats and reflection days
- Build the capacity of staff through coaching and faith formation professional learning
- Experience in a leadership role in a Catholic environment highly desirable
- Ability to teach junior English or an additional subject highly desirable
- Commencing August 2026
- Leadership tenure until the end of 2027 with ongoing teaching position attached

Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Masters of Teaching / Bachelor of Education / PGCE)
- Current VIT registration (or eligibility to gain)
- Demonstrated experience teaching Religious Education
- Accreditation to teach Religion (or willingness to gain) highly desirable
- Working Rights for Australia (or eligibility to gain) including Skilled Migrant visa
