Auto Parts Interpreter

Our Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, leveraging their expert automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice, but also problem‑solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques. Our customers benefit from the strong relationships they build and exceptional customer service they provide.

Duties

- Process customer credits




- Serve as first point of contact for customers (in‑person and over the phone)
- Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first and ensuring everyone makes it safe & makes it home

Note: this role requires lifting, bending and climbing.
