Social Futures in Lismore is seeking a Program Worker (Connecting Home) on a part time fixed-term basis. You will work with young people to resolve housing issues and deliver intake, assessment and brief interventions via a multidisciplinary team.

The role focuses on person-centred support, developing assessment skills and delivering evidence-based interventions within wrap-around services.
