Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Australian café breakfast and lunch dishes.
- Maintain high food quality and presentation standards.
- Ensure food safety and kitchen hygiene at all times.
- Manage prep, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Assist with menu development and daily specials when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a café chef in Australia.
- Strong knowledge of Australian café-style breakfast and brunch.
- Ability to cook eggs in all styles, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, pasta, steaks, and other café favourites.
- Experience with food preparation, ordering, and stock control.
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
