About the Role

Bolton Clarke Group is one of Australia’s largest independent, not‑for‑profit providers of home care, retirement living and residential aged care. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will deliver delegated nursing care and provide individualised case management under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring precise documentation of all client‑related interactions.

Responsibilities

- Promote and deliver holistic care aligned with Consumer Directed Care principles, focusing on client needs and rights through assessment, prevention, early detection, referral, and health promotion activities.
- Participate in the development and review of care plans to ensure they meet client needs and support Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) requirements.
- Deliver nursing care in adherence with relevant legislation and organisational policies, including common law, Commonwealth, state laws, and standards.
- Provide delegated nursing care and individualised case management for clients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Qualifications

- Diploma required; Nursing Science or Healthcare preferred. Other related disciplines or commensurate work experience considered.
- Minimal experience as a nurse in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Enrolled Nurse (EN) Certification is required.




- Robust knowledge of Quality Care Service Management, Clinical Practices and Standards, Legal & Regulatory Compliance and Patient Case Management skills.
- Excellent communication, adaptive thinking, planning and prioritisation, and cross‑functional team working skills.
