About the Role
- Location: Melbourne- CBD
- Full‑time Reliever roles
- Roughly 7 positions available
- Working across multiple corporate real estates – multiple in the CBD
- Reliever allowance
- Level 4
- CR on license is a MUST
- Control room duties
- Concierge duties – all corporate real estate roles
- Must be an excellent communicator
- 24-7 availability – weekends and public holidays. 12 hour shifts rotating rosters (depends on the site)
- Corporate real‑estate portfolio roles
Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing solid Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client
- Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
- Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
- Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
- Providing support to tenants and Facilities
- Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management
- Responding to emergency situations
- Contractor management duties
- Ad-hoc duties
Who We Are Looking For
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Proactive and problem‑solving mindset
- Willing to support and step up as required into other roles
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
- Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
- Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
- Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
- Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirable
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Control room on VIC security license
