BHP is seeking a Legal Counsel – Technology & IP to provide legal support on technology procurement, innovation contracts, and strategic IP matters. The role reports to the Head of Legal - Technology & Procurement and can be based in Perth, Brisbane or Adelaide, with interstate and international travel as needed.
You will advise on high-value contracts, work with two senior lawyers, and help manage technology- and IP-related legal risks across Procurement, Technology, and Innovation initiatives.
