Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Allied Health Intake Officer (Occupational Therapist/Orthoptist/Physiotherapist/Social Worker/Speech Pathologist Level 1/2) to manage multidisciplinary intake for CFHS, prioritise referrals and coordinate initial appointments. A NSW driver’s licence is required.
This permanent position can be full-time (38 hours) or part time (minimum 16 hours) per week and is based at Canterbury Community Health.
