Disability Support Worker (Male Only Chinese Speaking)

Role Requirements:
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) – Essential
- Experience in disability or aged care support is preferred
- Ability to assist with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks
- Mandatory: Two passive sleepover shifts per week (Tuesday & Thursday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Certifications & Compliance (Mandatory):
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability)
or equivalent
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Manual Handling Training (preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred)
- Valid Passport & Visa with Full-Time Working Rights in Australia (Mandatory)

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour
Schedule: Night shift (Monday to Thursday 7 pm to 7 am)
