Hiring4Health is seeking a Director of Care for a 140-bed aged care residence in South-West Sydney. This full-time role reports to the facility leadership and requires an AHPRA-registered RN with 3-5 years of clinical leadership in aged care.

You will own clinical outcomes, compliance, accreditation and team development, supported by a capable management team. The residence is up-to-date with a history of design awards and strong corporate backing.
