About the Role

We are seeking a Senior ICT Project Manager reporting to the General Manager ICT to lead the successful delivery of complex ICT projects across the organisation.

Responsibilities include managing multiple enterprise technology initiatives from concept through to implementation, partnering with senior executives, operational leaders and leading technology vendors to deliver strategic business outcomes. This role offers significant exposure across the organisation and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on one of Australia’s most progressive healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ICT projects from initiation through to operational handover.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules and governance frameworks.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
- Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders and external partners.
- Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and provide high-quality executive reporting.
- Manage implementation partners and technology vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate business readiness, testing, deployment and change management activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope and within budget.




- Contribute to continuous improvement of ICT project delivery methodologies and governance.

About You

You are an experienced ICT Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise technology projects within complex organisations.

Qualifications

- Degree qualification in IT, Business or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale ICT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong project governance, planning and delivery capability.
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules and commercial outcomes.
- Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing implementation partners and technology vendors.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making capability.
- Formal project management qualifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent) highly regarded.

Experience within healthcare is advantageous but not essential.

Compliance Requirements

- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations – minimum 3 doses.
- 2026 Influenza vaccination.
- NDIS Clearance Check or National Criminal History Check.
- Current and valid Driver’s License.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
