A contemporary care home set in the leafy bayside suburb of Caulfield, with public transport links close by. Located 17km from the CBD, close to the beach and shops, this care home consists of 127 beds, with a variety of care units. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well‑being of our residents.

- Provide personal care and support with daily living, mobility needs and medication assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs when required, and report any changes in a resident’s condition
- Maintain accurate care documentation and follow all safety and Bupa policy guidelines
- Build positive relationships with residents and families, responding to concerns with empathy
- Encourage residents to join social activities and contribute to care planning discussions
- Support continuous improvement and help create a warm, caring team environment

We are currently seeking a Carer to join our Caulfield team on a permanent, part‑time basis.

What will you bring?





- Min Certificate 3 qualification in either Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
- A passion and energy for world class care
- Ability to work as part of a tight‑knit team and delegate effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
