Power On Cabling is a specialist contractor delivering underground asset installation, excavation, cable laying, concrete formwork, earthworks, and electrical installation. Due to a solid pipeline of upcoming and ongoing projects, we are seeking a qualified Civil Site Engineer for an immediate start.

Position Offer & Roster

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Site-based FIFO / Perth-based

Initial Project: 4–6 months (with long-term career pipeline)

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret project plans, specifications, and structural/tilt-up drawings
- Manage project timelines utilizing Microsoft Project
- Procure materials and manage technical query registers
- Formulate variations, manage contractual delays, and submit EOTs




- Complete daily ITPs and comprehensive QA documentation
- Liaise with site staff on optimal installation methods
- Deliver concise weekly and monthly progress reports
- Support the Project Manager in resolving design and technical issues

Mandatory Criteria

- Education: Qualified Civil Engineer
- Safety: Valid Construction White Card
- Compliance: Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A; screen
- Licence: Valid, unrestricted Driver's Licence
- Rights: Full unrestricted Australian Work Rights
