As a Healthcare Solution Architect, you will shape the future of healthcare delivery by designing and delivering Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that improve patient outcomes, streamline provider workflows, and ensure compliance with stringent healthcare regulations.

You’ll partner with healthcare providers, payers, and regulators to translate complex clinical and operational needs into scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures. This role demands both strategic leadership and hands-on design, ensuring every architecture decision aligns with the client’s vision, compliance needs, and long-term growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead end-to-end architecture of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, leveraging capabilities such as Omniscript, Care Plans, Health Timeline, Care Programs, and Patient Communities.
- Design secure, scalable architectures aligned with FHIR and HL7 standards, Australian healthcare privacy laws, and other regulatory requirements.
- Integrate Health Cloud with EMR/EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Allscripts) and other healthcare systems using MuleSoft or API frameworks.
- Facilitate discovery workshops with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to define business, functional, and technical architectures.
- Provide architectural governance, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, and maintainability standards.
- Guide project teams through best practices for Health Cloud configuration, data modelling, and integration patterns.
- Mentor consultants, developers, and other architects on healthcare solution best practices.
- Contribute to Mav3rik’s thought leadership through white papers, events, and professional community participation.





REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with at least one end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud implementation.
- Salesforce certifications such as Health Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect.
- Deep understanding of healthcare operations, data models, terminology, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external healthcare systems using APIs or middleware.
- Demonstrated ability to design solutions in multi-cloud Salesforce environments (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) integrated with Health Cloud.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working with Australian public or private healthcare providers.
- Integration experience with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, etc.).
- Background in healthcare digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience influencing technology strategy in large healthcare organisations.
- Active participation in Salesforce or healthcare professional communities, events, or user groups.
