Job Title: Solution Architect – AWS | GenAI | Application Design

Location: Sydney

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Solution Architect with deep expertise in AWS , application design, and modern AI technologies including LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will architect scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions across platforms such as Pega, Microsoft Power Apps, and React/Node-based microservices, while integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and Design Solutions:
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise-grade applications.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Define architecture patterns for microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.
- AI Integration:
- Drive adoption of LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI into business applications.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to embed AI capabilities.
- Evaluate and implement AI platforms and frameworks for enterprise use.
- Platform Expertise:
- Architect solutions using Pega, Microsoft Power Platform, and low-code/no-code tools.
- Integrate front-end stacks (React/Node.js) with backend services and APIs.
- Ensure seamless interoperability across platforms and services.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and scalability.
- Implement DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business, product,



and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Present architectural decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture and application design.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI concepts and tools.
- Experience with Pega, Microsoft Power Apps, and React/Node.js stack.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM platforms.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and security best practices.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
