We're a South Australian dairy food manufacturer supplying premium yoghurt to major retailers and food service customers across the country. Our Glynde warehouse runs through the night to keep production moving — and we need a reliable, motivated Storeman who can handle the pace, work safely on their own, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly.
This is a full time permanent night shift role, Monday to Friday 10pm–6am, with overtime available.
We also have a casual position covering Saturday and/or Sunday nights for the right person.
Training takes place during the day to get you across our systems and procedures before you go independent on nights.
What you'll do
As a Storeman, you will support the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse and production areas.
Your duties will include:
- Check, wrap and store finished goods.
- Pick and prepare stock for production and dispatch.
- Move stock safely using the forklift and pallet jack.
- Maintain accurate stock records and complete documentation.
- Keep storage areas safe, clean and well organised.
- Follow company policies, HACCP,
and food safety and company procedures at all times.
What you'll bring
- Warehouse, logistics or production experience — a few years gets you started.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or production environment.
- Current (LF) forklift license - essential.
- Physically strong and fit — manual handling up to 25kg.
- Self-motivated and reliable — no need for someone looking over your shoulder.
- Works safely and follows procedures independently on night shift.
- Good communication — verbal and written.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Able to obtain a police clearance within the first month
