About the Role

As an Automotive Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering quality repairs and maintenance services while ensuring every vehicle is returned to our customers in the highest possible condition.

You will work alongside a team of skilled professionals who are committed to quality workmanship, continuous improvement, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer and dealership standards.

- Diagnose faults and work collaboratively with foremen and advisors to resolve complex technical issues.

- Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.

- Maintain a strong understanding of dealership products, procedures, and technical service bulletins.





- Follow warranty processes and manufacturer requirements.

- Order required parts and liaise with the Parts Department when necessary.

- Maintain workshop tools and equipment in excellent condition.

- Complete repair documentation accurately and professionally.

- Ensure all vehicles are treated with care and returned clean and presentable.

- Contribute to a safe, organised, and high-performing workshop environment.

- Share knowledge, mentor team members, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

- Certificate III in Automotive Technology (or equivalent qualification)

- Current Queensland Driver Licence

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and professional attitude

- Commitment to workplace health and safety standards

Highly Regarded:

- Previous dealership experience

- Advanced diagnostic skills

- Experience mentoring apprentices or junior technicians
