Reporting directly to the Construction Manager / Site Manager, you will play a hands-on role in driving site performance, managing people, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

About the Role

As a Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of the day-to-day site, leading a small team and coordinating subcontractors to keep the project moving efficiently. This role suits someone confident on site, decisive, and comfortable stepping in to take control when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive daily site activities, including staff and subcontractors





- Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure program and milestones are met

- Monitor progress against the construction program and proactively address delays

- Step in, take control, and resolve on-site issues as they arise

- Lead and manage a small on-site team

- Ensure works are completed to quality standards and comply with safety requirements

- Maintain clear communication with the Construction Manager and wider project team

About You

- Proven experience supervising residential construction projects

- Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams on site

- Confident managing subcontractors and holding them accountable to program

- Practical, solutions-focused mindset with a hands-on approach

- Solid understanding of construction sequencing and site operations
