As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you'll partner with senior leaders across CyberCX to identify, attract and hire some of the industry's best talent. You'll manage recruitment across Australia, New Zealand, APAC, the UK and the US, working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment where quality, speed and stakeholder experience all matter.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
What you'll be doingPartner with senior business leaders to deliver strategic hiring outcomes.Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and corporate functions.Recruit across multiple regions including APAC, UK and the US.Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing and market mapping.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through to offer.Influence hiring decisions through market insights, talent intelligence and recruitment expertise.Contribute to employer branding, diversity initiatives and continuous improvement across the Talent Acquisition function.
What we're looking for
This isn't an entry-level Business Partner role.
You'll already have:




Significant experience recruiting cyber security professionals across multiple disciplines.Experience working within a large, complex corporate workplace.A proven ability to manage high recruitment volumes without compromising quality.Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior leaders.Experience recruiting across multiple international regions, ideally APAC, the UK and the US.Outstanding sourcing capability and the ability to identify talent that others can't.Excellent commercial judgement, resilience and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
