The Opportunity

We are looking for motivated 1st, 2nd and 3rd Year HVAC & Refrigeration Apprentices to join our growing team in Darwin, Northern Territory.

With multiple positions available, this is an excellent opportunity to continue your apprenticeship while developing your skills alongside experienced technicians across a diverse range of commercial and industrial sites.

You'll gain valuable hands-on experience working on a variety of air conditioning, refrigeration and mechanical systems while building the knowledge and practical skills needed for a successful long-term career in the HVAC and refrigeration industry.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assist with the installation, service and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems

- Work alongside qualified technicians on commercial and industrial sites

- Diagnose faults and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues

- Learn industry best practices and technical procedures

- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards

- Contribute to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service

- Complete required training and apprenticeship competencies

What You'll Bring

- Currently undertaking a 1st, 2nd or 3rd Year Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprenticeship

- A genuine passion for the HVAC and refrigeration industry

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Good communication and problem-solving skills





- Current driver's licence or the ability to obtain one

- White Card

- Positive attitude and commitment to safety

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment

- Full Australian working rights

Bonus Points For

- Previous experience in a trade or construction environment

- Additional industry tickets or certifications

- Basic hand tool experience

- Strong mechanical aptitude
