You will need:
- Proven experience undertaking minor and major maintenance & diagnostic work to the highest quality standards.
- Working closely with the technical team, ensuring correct steps are taken to problem solve faults.
- Able to adapt to the ever changing technologies across a wide range of vehicles
- Ability to mentor/ provide guidance to junior technicians
- To be passionate about the Volkswagen / European Brands.
- To be reliable and have a great work ethic.
- Take pride in your ability to problem solve / fault find
- To be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Great organisation, planning and time management skills.
- A genuine belief and understanding of Customer Satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with mandatory factory training
