Warehouse Stores Person – Bruce Rock Engineering (BRE)
Full-time | Forrestfield, WA
Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Store person to support the efficient handling, storage and movement of materials within our warehouse. This role is vital to ensuring production has what it needs, when it needs it, while maintaining accurate stock control and a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and store incoming materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Label and organise materials accurately to maintain efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support production by ensuring materials are available when required.
- Pick, prepare, and fulfil customer orders accurately and on time.
- Operate a forklift safely to move stock and organise warehouse equipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.
- Track shipment progress and update relevant stakeholders.
- Follow all WHS requirements, including proper PPE usage and hazard reporting.
- Participate in toolbox talks, training, and safety initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as required to support operational success.
Qualifications
Essential
- C Class Manual Driver’s Licence
- Forklift Licence
Desirable
- Additional warehouse-related certifications (preferred but not required)
Experience & Skills
Essential
- Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment
- Strong understanding of warehousing and stock control processes
- Computer literate
Desirable
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Epicor
